Services

Mark offers full residential building design services for new construction, custom homes, home remodels additions. Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). Up to four residential units per lot. Mark is dedicated to understanding all his client's needs and expectations and delivering creative and innovative value-driven architectural solutions.

Mark is committed to creating innovative and well throughout design solutions to each of client's aesthetic and budgetary needs.

Architectural drawings & specifications as required for obtaining a building permit, obtaining construction bids and used by the contractor to show the work to be constructed and completed by the contractor.

In addition to our standard services, we also offer our clients 3D architectural modeling services that are used in the design and construction document phase.

Building permits, discretionary permits, city planning commission approvals, costal development permits, homeowners association submittals for review and approval.
